Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Films

Held annually in Buenos Aires, this festival gives film directors from around the globe a chance to showcase their masterpieces. The films are shown at different venues throught out the city, such as Cine Americana, Cine Cosmos and Alianza Francesa. There is also an award ceremony at the end of the festival; previous year's winners include Solo, Half Price, Esquizo, and Ronda Nocturna.
