La Chascona

Sa2This amazing house was the residence of Pablo Neruda, the acclaimed Chilean poet who won the Nobel Prize for Literature. The home has its own style, in great part designed by the poet himself, and can be found at the bottom of San Cristóbal Hill. Builted in 1955 by the writer and his wife. There is a great library filled with a wide collection of books, paintings and other objects belonging to Neruda himself. It is also the headquarters of the Pablo Neruda Foundation. Paid entry. Call ahead to set up a guided tour.

This Photo is not any of Pablo Neruda's 3 homes in Chile. I've been to all three, and NONE of them look at all like this photo. You should check your sources next time.
